Application
This unit is used to inverter flip /PCB’s ( 180 °) for double side process.

Transport height: Adjusted to the industry standard of 950 mm (with an adjustment range of ± 25 mm).
Cycle time: Takes approximately 8 seconds to receive, flip, and deliver the board.

Supported PCB size range: Minimum 50 x 50 mm up to a maximum of 750 x 510 mm (or larger).
Track width adjustment: Automatically motorized via ball screw (controlled from the touchscreen) to accurately and evenly support the 510 mm width.
Flipping mechanism: Closed-loop servo motor instead of a standard pneumatic piston. This ensures a smooth, controlled, and vibration-free 180° rotation for large and heavy boards.
Board clamping: Pneumatic clamps or precision stops to prevent the 740 mm long PCB from slipping or warping during rotation.
