LITE LUD is a centralized loading/ unloading station composed of two conveyors - one loading segment and one unloading segment - with a conveying speed of 300-2000 mm/min.
It can be operated manually or automated via COBOT integration, and enables centralized communication with an MES/ FIS host, ensuring full process traceability.
The system includes image analysis to confirm loading integrity, process quality, and traceability, as well as a centralized KPI display for real-time monitoring.
Human interaction with the equipment has been carefully studied, prioritizing both safety and ergonomics.
