X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets has been specifically designed for drying and storing moisture sensitive devices (MSDs). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and PCB’s can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XLC-510-DN2 Model Hybrid Dry Cabinet is suitable for high-volume production due to cabinet dimensions also it can be used for baking (floor life resetting) purposes with optional heater units up to 100ᵒC degree. Due to the long depth of the cabinet, feeder storage solutions can be added or used for the storage of large-scale products. The XLC-510-DN2 Hybrid Dry Cabinet is equipped both technologies desiccant drying unit (DHM-01) and smart nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The N2AF-01 nitrogen flow unit guarantees constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage. A moisture-free and the oxygen-free environment is provided. Ideal for the moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies.
While XLC-510-DN2 X-Treme Series Hybrid Dry Cabinet prevents oxidation %100 with its smart nitrogen unit, it also makes the dehumidification process faster and more reliable with the desiccant dry units operating simultaneously. A smart nitrogen unit will continue drying process by taking control when the desiccant dry unit reaches saturation and regenerates itself automatically. In case the nitrogen source is interrupted or if there is a malfunction in any unit, the other unit takes over the control and provides a continuous drying process. For these reasons, they are the most efficient dry and storage solutions that can be used especially in long-term storage and drying processes.
