The TC series high-performance heating module integrates easily with Nordson ASYMTEK’s conformal coating systems and provides precise, repeatable, closed-loop control of the conveyor speed and internal thermal environment. Users can manage process controls, system parameters, and events through an intuitive graphical interface that runs on Windows®-based software.

The TC series offers several benefits and capabilities to match and enhance your production requirements. The oven is available in four different lengths and the unique downdraft exhaust design provides a safe path for VOC removal. The individual heating zones can be programmed for specific drying or curing profiles, and the fast warm-up and cool down cycles help to increase productivity. Easy access to the interior subassemblies simplifies cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
