This machine is designed to carry out automatic conformal coating of circuit board edges by immersion. The machine operates semi-automatically.

• Manual loading/unloading of circuit boards.
• 4 circuit board conveyor chains.
• Each chain conveyor has a 28 circuit board capacity.
• Conformal coating and solvent feed circuit with level detector.
• Conformal coating draining area.
• Conformal coating tanks, activated by means of servomotors.
• Curing area with temperature sensor.
• Maximum circuit board dimensions 300 x 300.
