3 powerful instruments are the only resources required to configure the DOT400, perfectly covering the test requirements of most mixed-signal devices.

Then, DOT400 can be enriched with high-voltage and high-current instruments to test also medium-power and high-power devices, or pico ampere meter and femto farad meter for testing MEMS devices.

Instrument slot offers easy accessibility to comfortably plug the instruments and replace them when configuration changes are needed.

Simple & Fast configuration change

DOT400 offers the easiest and fastest way to adapt the system configuration to changed test requirements.

The system configuration can be perfectly tailored to match the test requirements of a defined product, avoiding any useless and costly resource redundancy. Then, if a peak of production of a different product requires testers with a different configuration, any idle system can be easily reconfigured and moved as needed: the reconfiguration is as simple as possible, and the system can be easily moved thanks to its compact dimensions and the docking system, which does not require any manipulator.

Since each instrument includes a dedicated system interface and a memory for calibration data and NIST traceability, the instrument replacement just requires to unplug/plug the resources, with no need for calibration. The system is ready to be switched on, and ready for production test.

The example below shows the case of the re-configuration of 4 idle systems, from B and C configurations to A configuration, to face a peak of production requiring A configuration
