modus AOI S1-ITM-R
The tripple AOI system is designed for simultaneously inspection at the back conveyor and from top and bottom before the oven.
It has three multi-LED illuminated scanner units as well as the patented special lenses which generate parallax free pictures. The System includes modus control units with the modus software.The transport module provides a system length of 1200mm [ 47.2 in. ]
- Tripple system for tripple-sided simultaneous inspection printed circuit boards
- Automatic cleaning of the inspection area BOT by air knife
- Combination of diverse inspection tasks such as SMD placement, THT solder joints, conformal coating and full screening for solder bead (solderballs).
- Capture of barcode and data-matrix codes in any position and quantity on the multi PCB
